SavePal is a personal tool for recording money owed between you and people you choose. It helps you track and organize informal debts and shared expenses.

SavePal is an informational tool only. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it does not move money or process payments. Balances reflect what you enter; you are responsible for the accuracy of your records and any real-world settlement.

3. Your account

You may use SavePal as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

  • Don't use SavePal for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI features (including circumventing rate limits).
  • Don't submit content you have no right to submit.

5. Subscriptions (future)

Some features may be offered via paid plans. Pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be presented at purchase and are handled by the app stores. Where required, you may cancel through your app-store account.

6. AI features

SavePal uses AI to interpret what you type or say. AI can make mistakes; always review the confirmation before saving, and you can undo any entry. We are not liable for actions taken on incorrect interpretations you confirm.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavePal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its records.

9. Termination

You may stop using SavePal at any time and delete your account. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
